| Description |
Currently at our Eagle Farm, Brisbane site we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to work as part of our Sales team to support our corporate clients.
In this position you will be liaising with customers, account managers and operations to ensure a seamless delivery of high quality products and services.
To be successful in this role you will need to possess:
* Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role
* Some experience in estimating would be desirable
* Sound organisational and time management skills
* Sound communication skills and be able to relate with people at all levels
* Strong level of customer focus
* Intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) are essential
* The ability to work in a team orientated environment
Previous experience in the Print or related industry are desirable for this role.
